Check out this strange circular rainbow cloud spotted in China on August 21, 2022.

This is called a "scarf cloud", which occurs when a thunderstorm's updraft creates a pileus cloud and the sun's angle interacts with the ice crystals in the pileus cloud.
The scarf cloud is formed by the cooling and condensation of moist air forced up and over the peak. When the sunlight is at the right angle, the light diffracts between the droplets and the ice crystals in the cloud, creating a rainbow color.

On July 14, 2022 residents were stunned by the sight of a strange phenomenon in the sky in Haikou, capital of South China’s Hainan. The footage which was recorded by a local resident appears to show a mysterious city floating in the sky.

Although some people have the raised the fear that this mysterious phenomenon was possible the result of a project Blue Beam test, a holographic technology or a temporarily vortex of a possible parallel universe, the phenomenon is more likely a mirage, a naturally occurring optical phenomenon in which light rays are bent to produce a displaced image of distant objects or the sky. Another possibility is a Fata Morgana, one kind of superior mirage.
It is not the first time; on October 7, 2015 a huge mysterious city, including skyscrapers, floating in the clouds over the city of Foshan in in central Guangdong province, China.

On March 18, 2016 ghost-like buildings was seen above the sea along the port of Dalian in northeast China’s Liaoning Province and dominated the skies for minutes.

And on September 11, 2020 The ghostly image of what looked like the iconic Hogwarts School from the world of Harry Potter was spotted floating above modern buildings in Jinan, Shandong Province in eastern China.

According to Dailymail, China has claimed that it may have received a message from an alien civilization using its Sky Eye telescope, according to reports.

Sky Eye, a 1,640-foot-diameter telescope based in China's Guizhou province, has detected unusual electromagnetic signals that scientists claim could have alien origins.
Professor Zhang Tongjie, chief scientist of the China Extraterrestrial Civilization Research Group of the Department of Astronomy and Extraterrestrial Civilization Research Group of Beijing Normal University, revealed that his team used the "Chinese Sky Eye" to discover several cases of possible technological traces and extraterrestrial civilizations from outside the earth.
Zhang Tongjie said that these are several narrow-band electromagnetic signals different from the past, and the team is currently working on further investigation.
The news was revealed in a report by Science and Technology Daily, the official newspaper of China's Ministry of Science and Technology, based in Beijing, but according to Bloomberg, Science and Technology Daily deleted the report shortly after it was posted, although it's uncertain why. On the evening of May 7, 2022 a rare red sky appeared in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province. The local meteorological bureau of Zhoushan said that the red glow was simply the result of light, likely from fishing boats, reflecting of off low level clouds.

A blogger said that in 1770, there was a bloody sky for nine days in many countries. In 2017, Japanese scientists published a paper in Astrophysics express, believing that the bloody sky event in 1770 was caused by large-scale solar activity.
If it was the case of lights of fisher boats reflecting off low level clouds, then that should happen much more often and people would know and recognize it, but that is not the case here.
I think the red glow is more something like the 1770 event or it could be a test of some sort of (space) weapon.
An odd detail is that magnetic elements fell from the sky after the red glow which can be seen in the following video; it is clear that they cover it up for some reason.
